# Blue Attack! vs TapSquadron

The clearest difference is rating: Blue Attack! at 4.8 against TapSquadron's 3.0. Blue Attack! also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 2). TapSquadron's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (100% vs 89%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blue Attack! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TapSquadron asks for nothing beyond the download.

Blue Attack! holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blue Attack! has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Blue Attack!'s written reviews are positive against 100% of TapSquadron's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Blue Attack! ships an update every 4 months, TapSquadron every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
