# Math Drills vs Math Facts

The clearest difference is price: Math Facts at Free against Math Drills's $1.99. Math Facts also leads on rating (4.5 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (17K vs 21). Math Drills's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 9 months). On review sentiment, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Math Facts is free to download; Math Drills costs $1.99 up front. Math Facts sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Math Drills asks for nothing beyond the download.

Math Facts holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Math Facts has 17K ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Math Drills's written reviews are positive against 79% of Math Facts's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Math Drills ships an update every 4 months, Math Facts every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
