# Ballistic vs Mirason

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ballistic at 55% against Mirason's 0%. Ballistic also leads on ratings volume (81 vs 9). Mirason's advantage is rating (3.1 vs 1.1) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ballistic sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Mirason asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mirason holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 1.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ballistic has 81 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Ballistic's written reviews are positive against 0% of Mirason's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ballistic ships an update every 3 months, Mirason monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
