# Blurt vs LED Sign

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: LED Sign at none against Blurt's 1. LED Sign also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blurt sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. LED Sign asks for nothing beyond the download.

Blurt ships an update every 5 weeks, LED Sign fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
