# Allegro vs Vistula

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Allegro at 48% against Vistula's 10%. Allegro also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (5.4K vs 1). Vistula's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Vistula holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Allegro has 5.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Allegro's written reviews are positive against 10% of Vistula's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Allegro ships an update weekly, Vistula every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
