# Allegro vs Picodi

The clearest difference is rating: Allegro at 4.8 against Picodi's 3.6. Allegro also leads on ratings volume (5.4K vs 7) and review sentiment (48% vs 25%). Picodi's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Allegro holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Allegro has 5.4K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 48% of Allegro's written reviews are positive against 25% of Picodi's.

Allegro ships an update weekly, Picodi every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
