# Note Me vs Notes

The clearest difference is ads: Note Me at none against Notes's shown. Note Me also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and ratings volume (71 vs 14). Notes's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 3 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Note Me against 4.8 for Notes. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Note Me has 71 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two.
