# Minesweeper Classic vs Typr

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Minesweeper Classic at 3.1K against Typr's 71. Typr's advantage is review sentiment (55% vs 39%) and device support (5 vs 3). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Minesweeper Classic sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and Typr sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Minesweeper Classic against 4.7 for Typr. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Minesweeper Classic has 3.1K ratings behind it against 71, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 39% of Minesweeper Classic's written reviews are positive against 55% of Typr's.
