# Time vs Digital Clock

The clearest difference is rating: Digital Clock at 4.4 against Time's 3.6. Digital Clock also leads on ratings volume (1.3K vs 5). Time's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Digital Clock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Time asks for nothing beyond the download.

Digital Clock holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Digital Clock has 1.3K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
