# iSwap Faces vs AI Face Swap

The clearest difference is rating: AI Face Swap at 4.5 against iSwap Faces's 3.5. AI Face Swap also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (1.9K vs 35). iSwap Faces's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 20) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Face Swap sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. iSwap Faces asks for nothing beyond the download.

AI Face Swap holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AI Face Swap has 1.9K ratings behind it against 35, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of iSwap Faces's written reviews are positive against 27% of AI Face Swap's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iSwap Faces ships an update every 2 months, AI Face Swap every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
