# LEDit vs MINI LED

The clearest difference is rating: LEDit at 4.8 against MINI LED's 2.6. LEDit also leads on ratings volume (4.3K vs 5) and update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). MINI LED's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 15) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LEDit sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. MINI LED asks for nothing beyond the download.

LEDit holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LEDit has 4.3K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

LEDit ships an update every 9 days, MINI LED monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
