# Better Brain Lite vs N

The clearest difference is update cadence: Better Brain Lite at every 10 months against N's every 39 months. N's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Better Brain Lite sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and N sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Better Brain Lite ships an update every 10 months, N every 39 months. Both last shipped on September 29, 2026.
