# Better Brain Lite vs Cognify

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cognify at every 2 weeks against Better Brain Lite's every 10 months. Better Brain Lite's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.4 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Better Brain Lite sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Cognify sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Better Brain Lite ships an update every 10 months, Cognify every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
