# GG vs Wypiek

The clearest difference is rating: Wypiek at 5.0 against GG's 4.1. Wypiek also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 29%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). GG's advantage is ratings volume (72 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GG sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Wypiek sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.59 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wypiek holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GG has 72 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 29% of GG's written reviews are positive against 50% of Wypiek's.

GG ships an update fortnightly, Wypiek weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
