# Springer vs Azkend

The clearest difference is price: Springer at Free against Azkend's $2.99. Springer also leads on review sentiment (98% vs 86%). Azkend's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.2) and ads (none vs shown). On ratings volume, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Springer is free to download; Azkend costs $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Azkend holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 16 and 16 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 98% of Springer's written reviews are positive against 86% of Azkend's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
