# DoF plus vs DOFcal

The clearest difference is price: DOFcal at Free against DoF plus's $0.99. DOFcal also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 80%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 18.6). DoF plus's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.0). On ratings volume, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

DOFcal is free to download; DoF plus costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DoF plus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of DoF plus's written reviews are positive against 100% of DOFcal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
