# Monkey Flight vs Coffee Pool

Monkey Flight and Coffee Pool both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 92% of Monkey Flight's written reviews are positive against 41% of Coffee Pool's. Monkey Flight also leads on ads (none vs shown) and chart position (#163 vs unranked). Coffee Pool's advantage is price (Free vs $1.99) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 months). On rating, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Coffee Pool is free to download; Monkey Flight costs $1.99 up front. Monkey Flight sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Coffee Pool sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Monkey Flight against 4.7 for Coffee Pool. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Coffee Pool has 2.3K ratings behind it against 154, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 92% of Monkey Flight's written reviews are positive against 41% of Coffee Pool's.
