# Codebook Password Manager vs Waydar

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Codebook Password Manager at 2.4K against Waydar's 2. Codebook Password Manager also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Waydar's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Codebook Password Manager sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $7.00 per month and Waydar sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Codebook Password Manager ships an update monthly, Waydar every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
