# Tips & Tricks vs Nereus

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Nereus at none against Tips & Tricks's 10. Nereus also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Tips & Tricks's advantage is ratings volume (4.1K vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 2 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tips & Tricks sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Nereus asks for nothing beyond the download.

Nereus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tips & Tricks has 4.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tips & Tricks ships an update every 5 weeks, Nereus every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
