# Parecis FM vs WFMT

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Parecis FM at 88% against WFMT's 32%. Parecis FM also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). WFMT's advantage is rating (3.7 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (64 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WFMT holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WFMT has 64 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Parecis FM's written reviews are positive against 32% of WFMT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Parecis FM ships an update every 8 months, WFMT every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
