# Crostix Pro vs Hexiled

The clearest difference is update cadence: Hexiled at monthly against Crostix Pro's every 4 months. Hexiled also leads on ratings volume (414 vs 51) and device support (4 vs 2). On rating, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Crostix Pro costs $4.99 and Hexiled $3.99 up front. Crostix Pro sells 14 one-off in-app purchases and Hexiled sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Crostix Pro against 4.7 for Hexiled. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hexiled has 414 ratings behind it against 51, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 87% of Crostix Pro's written reviews are positive against 90% of Hexiled's.

Crostix Pro ships an update every 4 months, Hexiled monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
