# FixCamera vs Camera+ I Pro Camera & Editor

The clearest difference is rating: FixCamera at 5.0 against Camera+ I Pro Camera & Editor's 4.5. FixCamera also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 18) and ads (none vs shown). Camera+ I Pro Camera & Editor's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 42 months) and ratings volume (12K vs 1). On price and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Camera+ I Pro Camera & Editor sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. FixCamera asks for nothing beyond the download.

FixCamera holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Camera+ I Pro Camera & Editor has 12K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of FixCamera's written reviews are positive against 50% of Camera+ I Pro Camera & Editor's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FixCamera ships an update every 42 months, Camera+ I Pro Camera & Editor every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
