# Equinox+ vs SVN

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SVN at none against Equinox+'s 1. SVN also leads on iOS requirement (13 vs 15.1). Equinox+'s advantage is ratings volume (44K vs 10). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Equinox+ sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $39.99 per month. SVN asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Equinox+ against 4.6 for SVN. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Equinox+ has 44K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Equinox+ ships an update fortnightly, SVN every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
