# Equinox+ vs Sweat DC

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sweat DC at none against Equinox+'s 1. Sweat DC also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.0.0 vs 15.1). Equinox+'s advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 44 months) and ratings volume (44K vs 3). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Equinox+ sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $39.99 per month. Sweat DC asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sweat DC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Equinox+ has 44K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Equinox+ ships an update fortnightly, Sweat DC every 44 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
