Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lognote at weekly against iLogger's every 2 months. Lognote also leads on ratings volume (52 vs 10) and device support (4 vs 2). iLogger's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

CostPrice · In-app purchases · Ads · Monetization

Both are free to download. iLogger sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Lognote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

iLogger holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. Written reviews point the same way: 95% of iLogger's written reviews are positive against 94% of Lognote's.

UpkeepUpdate frequency
