# GAY FM vs Radiolive ·

GAY FM and Radiolive · both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of GAY FM's written reviews are positive against 39% of Radiolive ·'s. GAY FM also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 7) and ads (none vs shown). Radiolive ·'s advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (732 vs 19). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Radiolive · sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. GAY FM asks for nothing beyond the download.

Radiolive · holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Radiolive · has 732 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of GAY FM's written reviews are positive against 39% of Radiolive ·'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GAY FM ships an update every 12 months, Radiolive · fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
