# Romancer vs Jutsu Simulator

The clearest difference is price: Romancer at Free against Jutsu Simulator's $1.99. Romancer also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). Jutsu Simulator's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 46 months) and review sentiment (77% vs 47%). On monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Romancer is free to download; Jutsu Simulator costs $1.99 up front. Jutsu Simulator sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Romancer asks for nothing beyond the download.

Romancer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jutsu Simulator has 58 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Romancer's written reviews are positive against 77% of Jutsu Simulator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Romancer ships an update every 46 months, Jutsu Simulator every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
