# Guru Maps vs Карты охотника

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Guru Maps at 76% against Карты охотника's 9%. Guru Maps also leads on ratings volume (3K vs 1) and chart position (#159 vs unranked). Карты охотника's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Guru Maps sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Карты охотника sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Карты охотника holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Guru Maps has 3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Guru Maps's written reviews are positive against 9% of Карты охотника's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Guru Maps ships an update every 10 days, Карты охотника fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
