# iStrobo vs Infinity Army

The clearest difference is price: Infinity Army at Free against iStrobo's $0.99. Infinity Army also leads on rating (4.8 vs 2.7) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). iStrobo's advantage is review sentiment (88% vs 67%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Infinity Army is free to download; iStrobo costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Infinity Army holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Infinity Army has 59 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of iStrobo's written reviews are positive against 67% of Infinity Army's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iStrobo ships an update every 3 weeks, Infinity Army every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
