# GolfLogix vs TecTecTec Golf GPS

The clearest difference is rating: GolfLogix at 4.7 against TecTecTec Golf GPS's 3.0. GolfLogix also leads on ratings volume (110K vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). TecTecTec Golf GPS's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GolfLogix sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. TecTecTec Golf GPS asks for nothing beyond the download.

GolfLogix holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GolfLogix has 110K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of GolfLogix's written reviews are positive against 67% of TecTecTec Golf GPS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GolfLogix ships an update every 3 weeks, TecTecTec Golf GPS every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
