# C vs AAFP Audio

The clearest difference is rating: C at 3.7 against AAFP Audio's 3.3. C also leads on ratings volume (166 vs 6) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). AAFP Audio's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 41%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

C holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: C has 166 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of C's written reviews are positive against 67% of AAFP Audio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

C ships an update every 2 months, AAFP Audio every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
