# Flashlight™ (Lite) vs TankerTimer

The clearest difference is rating: TankerTimer at 5.0 against Flashlight™ (Lite)'s 3.9. TankerTimer also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Flashlight™ (Lite)'s advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TankerTimer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flashlight™ (Lite) has 2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
