# Rightmove property search vs Discover App

The clearest difference is rating: Rightmove property search at 4.8 against Discover App's 3.7. Rightmove property search also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (3.8K vs 3). Discover App's advantage is review sentiment (85% vs 47%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rightmove property search holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rightmove property search has 3.8K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Rightmove property search's written reviews are positive against 85% of Discover App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rightmove property search ships an update weekly, Discover App every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
