# Rightmove property search vs Collar

The clearest difference is rating: Rightmove property search at 4.8 against Collar's 4.3. Rightmove property search also leads on ratings volume (3.8K vs 6) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rightmove property search holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rightmove property search has 3.8K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Rightmove property search's written reviews are positive against 50% of Collar's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rightmove property search ships an update weekly, Collar fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
