# Rightmove property search vs CuratedCom

Rightmove property search and CuratedCom both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of CuratedCom's written reviews are positive against 47% of Rightmove property search's. CuratedCom also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Rightmove property search's advantage is ratings volume (3.8K vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CuratedCom holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rightmove property search has 3.8K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 47% of Rightmove property search's written reviews are positive against 100% of CuratedCom's.

Rightmove property search ships an update weekly, CuratedCom fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
