# Dinner Bell vs DHD

The clearest difference is update cadence: DHD at every 3 weeks against Dinner Bell's every 21 months. Dinner Bell's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Dinner Bell costs $0.99 and DHD $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 3.1 for Dinner Bell against 3.0 for DHD. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dinner Bell has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
