# Official Comic vs FunTagg

The clearest difference is update cadence: FunTagg at every 2 weeks against Official Comic's every 3 months. Official Comic's advantage is ratings volume (459 vs 72) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FunTagg holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Official Comic has 459 ratings behind it against 72, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of Official Comic's written reviews are positive against 15% of FunTagg's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Official Comic ships an update every 3 months, FunTagg every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
