# Cheetah vs Time To Pet

The clearest difference is rating: Cheetah at 4.8 against Time To Pet's 4.3. Cheetah also leads on ratings volume (3.1K vs 241). Time To Pet's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cheetah holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cheetah has 3.1K ratings behind it against 241, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of Cheetah's written reviews are positive against 75% of Time To Pet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cheetah ships an update fortnightly, Time To Pet every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
