# Fling! Lite vs Bejeweled Classic

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fling! Lite at 72% against Bejeweled Classic's 25%. Fling! Lite also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). Bejeweled Classic's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (137K vs 516). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fling! Lite sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Bejeweled Classic sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bejeweled Classic holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bejeweled Classic has 137K ratings behind it against 516, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Fling! Lite's written reviews are positive against 25% of Bejeweled Classic's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fling! Lite ships an update every 5 weeks, Bejeweled Classic every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
