# Hearts Premium vs Hearts+

The clearest difference is price: Hearts+ at Free against Hearts Premium's $4.99. Hearts+ also leads on update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (96K vs 2.1K). Hearts Premium's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 9) and ads (none vs shown). On chart position and device support there is nothing between them.

Hearts+ is free to download; Hearts Premium costs $4.99 up front. Hearts+ sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Hearts Premium asks for nothing beyond the download.

Hearts+ holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hearts+ has 96K ratings behind it against 2.1K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Hearts Premium's written reviews are positive against 45% of Hearts+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hearts Premium ships an update every 5 months, Hearts+ every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
