# Astrology Plus vs HeartLib

The clearest difference is monetization model: Astrology Plus at free with in-app purchases against HeartLib's subscription. Astrology Plus also leads on ratings volume (6.6K vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months). HeartLib's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Astrology Plus sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and HeartLib sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HeartLib holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Astrology Plus has 6.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Astrology Plus ships an update monthly, HeartLib every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
