# PaintMee Lite vs Inkwork

The clearest difference is update cadence: Inkwork at every 3 weeks against PaintMee Lite's every 5 months. Inkwork also leads on ratings volume (3.2K vs 4). PaintMee Lite's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PaintMee Lite sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Inkwork sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for PaintMee Lite against 4.8 for Inkwork. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Inkwork has 3.2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
