# Germs Lite vs Dino Domination

The clearest difference is rating: Dino Domination at 3.8 against Germs Lite's 2.5. Dino Domination also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (266 vs 17). Germs Lite's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dino Domination sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Germs Lite asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dino Domination holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dino Domination has 266 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Germs Lite's written reviews are positive against 42% of Dino Domination's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Germs Lite ships an update every 6 months, Dino Domination monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
