# Spyglass vs MCG Maps

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MCG Maps at none against Spyglass's 4. MCG Maps also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Spyglass's advantage is ratings volume (3.9K vs 2) and chart position (#147 vs unranked). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Spyglass sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. MCG Maps asks for nothing beyond the download.
