# NASA vs Oldfarm

The clearest difference is update cadence: NASA at every 2 weeks against Oldfarm's every 97 months. NASA also leads on ratings volume (64K vs 8) and device support (4 vs 2). Oldfarm's advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 70%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for NASA against 4.8 for Oldfarm. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NASA has 64K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 70% of NASA's written reviews are positive against 80% of Oldfarm's.

NASA ships an update every 2 weeks, Oldfarm every 97 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
