# Horoscope HD+ vs Digital Journal Diary

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Horoscope HD+ at none against Digital Journal Diary's 4. Horoscope HD+ also leads on review sentiment (89% vs 62%). Digital Journal Diary's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, rating, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Digital Journal Diary sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Horoscope HD+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

Digital Journal Diary holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Digital Journal Diary has 6.5K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Horoscope HD+'s written reviews are positive against 62% of Digital Journal Diary's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Horoscope HD+ ships an update every 4 months, Digital Journal Diary every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
