# iRegatta Pro vs SailGP

The clearest difference is price: SailGP at Free against iRegatta Pro's $19.99. SailGP also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and rating (4.6 vs 4.1). iRegatta Pro's advantage is review sentiment (56% vs 35%). On update cadence, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

SailGP is free to download; iRegatta Pro costs $19.99 up front. iRegatta Pro sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. SailGP asks for nothing beyond the download.

SailGP holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SailGP has 706 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of iRegatta Pro's written reviews are positive against 35% of SailGP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
