# SAP Concur vs Sphera SCRM

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sphera SCRM at 100% against SAP Concur's 20%. Sphera SCRM also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). SAP Concur's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (1.1M vs 9). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SAP Concur holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SAP Concur has 1.1M ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of SAP Concur's written reviews are positive against 100% of Sphera SCRM's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SAP Concur ships an update every 11 days, Sphera SCRM every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
