# SAP Concur vs Microsoft Power BI

SAP Concur and Microsoft Power BI both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 46% of Microsoft Power BI's written reviews are positive against 20% of SAP Concur's. SAP Concur's advantage is ratings volume (1.1M vs 98K). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for SAP Concur against 4.7 for Microsoft Power BI. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SAP Concur has 1.1M ratings behind it against 98K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 20% of SAP Concur's written reviews are positive against 46% of Microsoft Power BI's.

SAP Concur ships an update every 2 weeks, Microsoft Power BI fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
