# iFiles vs Timeport.

The clearest difference is price: Timeport. at Free against iFiles's $3.99. Timeport. also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 58%). iFiles's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (75 vs 1). On update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Timeport. is free to download; iFiles costs $3.99 up front. Timeport. sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. iFiles asks for nothing beyond the download.

iFiles holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iFiles has 75 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of iFiles's written reviews are positive against 67% of Timeport.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iFiles ships an update every 6 weeks, Timeport. every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
